We cover fees associated with professional development including conferences, seminars, educational programs, technical training, and professional certifications and licensing.

Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays
All eligible employees receive 2 weeks of vacation for the first 3 years. For 3-15 years of service you get 3 weeks’ vacation and for over 15 years of service you receive 4 weeks’ vacation each year.
NGA observes 8 paid holidays per year.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for 10 days of sick leave each year with an option to carry over up to 20 days of unused sick leave each year for a maximum of 6 weeks sick leave.
Annual Salary Reviews and Year End Discretionary Bonus
We value our employees and offer competitive pay and salary with annual review and opportunities for pay increases
At the end of the fiscal year we analyze profits and distribute in the form of bonuses.
We pay 100% of your premium for Industry leading medical and dental coverage for all full and part time employees.
All regular employees are eligible to participate in the retirement plan on the date of hire. NGA will contribute 3% of gross salary to each employee’s retirement fund.
