This construction consists of a multi-story, wood- and steel-framed structure, a training building as well as paved parking areas and underground utilities. The site also included a detention vault underneath the parking area up 20 twenty feet deep.

Our exploration program for this site included five drilled borings. Our investigation found the site generally compatible with the planned development.
