Bluff Study Presentation for Viewing

On March 31st over 30 people attended the Whidbey Island Association of REALTORS Lunch and Learn at Windermere in Freeland. Dave Nelson provided a presentation discussing the effects of steep slopes and drainage on the use and development of shoreline property.
